These are the default income and expense accounts for non-order transactions like storage fees and reimbursements that are on your settlements.

If you don’t map the specific settlement transactions, then we’ll use these default accounts for settlement transactions.

For instance, if you don’t map storage fees to a specific expense account, then we’ll use the expense account mapped here.

The Amazon Bank Account is the account we’ll use for your Amazon settlements. If you’ve recently created the account, then click on refresh for it to show up on the dropdown menu.

Your Default Other Income and Default Other Fee accounts are for your non-order income and expense transactions.

Some common income transactions are FBA reimbursements, while common expense transactions are inbound transportation charges and subscription fees.

By default, your current reserve balance and previous reserve balance are mapped to your Amazon Undeposited Funds account.

See which accounts we recommend mapping.
