You may need to make sure your class tracking is enabled in QuickBooks Online and set to “One per each row in transaction.”
These types of errors can sometimes be resolved if you retry the import.
If you’ve retried import and still get the same error, then try these solutions:
- Make sure your inventory accounts are properly configured.
- If you have class tracking enabled on your product, then make sure you have class tracking set to “One to each row in transaction”.
Make sure you Save. Then retry the import.
